it was spotless, breakfast was varied. the bedroom was large and the bed was very large. service was superb, staff - supporting. the hotel was tasteful and in a super central location.

The hotel was EXTREMELY CONVENIENT and the staff was extremely friendly, it had perfect location close to attractions on the trip. My updated room was brand-new and beds were exceptionally comfortable. A continental breakfast, it was good.

The hotel was spotless, I loved it. Booked a room with particularly nice views. Prime location, a short walk to dixie stampede dinner show. A kind of impeccable service.

The bed was poor.

We liked our awesome stay at this hotel and would stay there again. Skilled staff, great restaurant & nice service. The room was gorgeous and light with a soft bed. Breakfast was delicious, a wide range of different pastries, bacon and cheese. Friendly reception. Pleasant location to leconte center at pigeon forge.

The place was stellar and restaurant was excellent! Room had an elegant bathroom and climate control, coffee and soundproof windows. An easy walk to the perfect beach. Also, it was 2 miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge Amusement Park. Having different complimentary drinks in the piano bar was a very nice touch. With the help of the highly professional staff, we had an absolutely amazing stay.

Really bad views from the window.
